Dear Colleague,
Since 1996, Italy has hosted a prestigious gala event known as OKTAGON, which has welcomed major international promotions such as K1 The Original, It’s Showtime, Glory World Series, Legend, Bellator MMA, and Bellator Kickboxing.
Some of the most renowned champions have fought and made their mark in the OKTAGON ring, including Rico Verhoeven, Badr Hari, Giorgio Petrosyan, Johmod, Andy Souwer, Samy Sana, Raymond Daniels, Marat Grigorian, Chingiz Allazov, and more recently, K1 champion Takumi Tarada, just to name a few.
Now, the opportunity to step into this prestigious ring is open to the best Italian and international prospects. This is why OKTAGON TALENTS was created—a selection tournament for OKTAGON, exclusively for amateur fighters.
OKTAGON TALENTS – JUNE 8, 2025, COURMAYEUR
In the heart of the Italian Alps, at the border with France and Switzerland, the 28th edition of OKTAGON will take place on Saturday, June 7, followed by OKTAGON TALENTS, the official qualification tournament for the next OKTAGON, on Sunday, June 8, in the same arena.
ALL IN ONE DAY
Fighter check-in and weigh-ins will be held on Saturday, June 7, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the tournament itself will take place entirely on Sunday, June 8.
K1 ISKA RULES
Two competition styles: K1 rules and K1 Light
The tournament will follow ISKA competition rules, including official weight categories.
AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE MISSED
The K1 rules tournament has limited spots available, so early registration is highly recommended.
MORE THAN JUST FIGHTING
For coaches and accompanying guests, the event offers entertainment activities, including an after-party on Saturday night, local product tastings, and a non-stop aperitif for those arriving on Friday, June 6. A weekend in the Alps to experience the unique flavors of the Aosta Valley.
